To maintain product safety and integrity, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or arrived in a compromised condition (e.g., broken seal, leaking, or incorrect item shipped).
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of defect (photo or video) may be required before approval.
Non-Eligible Returns
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that are not defective or damaged
- Opened or used supplements
- Orders older than 15 days
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a bundle (unless defective)
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect dosage assumptions, or personal preference.

Refunds & Replacements
- If your return is approved, you may choose:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A free replacement of the same product
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.
Shipping Responsibility
- BioHealth UAE covers return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping if a return is unauthorized or does not meet policy criteria.
